Leaders Conference
This year we held our annual leadership conference from March 3rd to 5th in Tryavna, Bulgaria. Student leaders from around the country met together in order to learn together how to organize and lead Bible studies for students. The program included training about the roles of a leader, the important role of Scripture in the life of every believer, and helpful steps for writing a discussion. We had many exercises to practice what we were learning in regards to leading a small group. We also thought about how to better care for and lead the different kinds of people in our groups so that they can best participate in the group life. The student leaders had many opportunities to create quality friendships and partnerships from different cities and to share their experiences and ideas.
