A European staff consultation for IFES teams from Central and Eastern Europe took place in Poland from 8 to 12 January. Representatives from 14 countries participated. Almost the entire Bulgarian team was able to travel for the event. The morning sessions offered a new perspective on Ruth's story, which helped the team to see again the action of God in spite of the evil around us and sometimes in spite of good human intentions.

There were presentations from different movements during the cosultation and everyone prayed for one another, tasted delicious food from all the participating countries, exchanged ideas and experiences and spent precious time in fellowship both as a team and as workers in Europe and in the same ministry.
