70 for Plovdiv
After this the Lord appointed seventy others and sent them on ahead of him in pairs to every town and place where he himself intended to go. He said to them, “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few; therefore ask the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest." (Luke 10:1-2)
Jesus is at work among students in Plovdiv. And yet it is certainly true that the harvest is plentiful and the workers are few there. We feel compelled by God to raise funds for one full-time student worker in Plovdiv who will share the good news with students and help develop an active witnessing community of students in that city.
You can be a part of this great work and harvest without having to go anywhere! As Jesus sent 70 to the places he intended to go and minister to, we are now seeking 70 people who would help us send 1 staff worker to the city of Plovdiv, where our Lord is at work!
