Barnabas Orientation
For the first time, BCSU is organizing a year-long internship program entitled “Barnabas”. This year eight student leaders and volunteers from the groups in Sofia, Veliko Turnovo, and Varna are participating in the program. The goal of this new initiative is to help the participants grow in their knowledge and love for God as well as to develop leadership skills in order to help others grow as followers of our Lord Jesus Christ.
On September 22 – 24, BCSU organized the first orientation conference for the “Barnabases”. The group of interns spent wonderful time together as a team during these days studying God’s word and learning from seminars and presentations. They also participated in a teambuilding exercise – an Escape Room – where they had the chance as the first time to work as a team, seeking together the answers to the puzzles.
The BCSU staff team is hopeful that this program will turn into a successful and helpful yearly activity.
