From 5 to 11 August, the IFES European Leadership Conference "Formation" was held in Bulgaria for the first time. We are grateful to have hosted this wonderful event that has shaped many ministers in Europe and continues to bear good fruit in the Kingdom.

"Formacion is an amazing conference that challenged me quite a bit. I saw God's faithfulness,wisdom, generosity and love in a new light. I have made important decisions related to my life.The Strengthfinder workshops have opened my eyes to my strengths as well as weaknesses. I can't wait to use this knowledge in student groups. "At Formacion, I experienced something unique and deeply inspiring. An incredible atmosphere of sharing and support was created among people united by a common faith and a quest for spiritual growth. Through each collective prayer - the sense of God's presence was so strong that it breathed new hope and strength into each of us. This conference not only expanded my knowledge but also strengthened my faith, giving me a new perspective on the role of a Christian leader in society. I learned so much that I can't wait to put into practice. Every word spoken, every song sung, every minute spent reflecting on God has been such a blessing to me. One of the most vividly memorable things was the praise in different languages that powerfully reflected the diversity of God's creation and His boundless love that reaches every person, regardless of their background or language.
